Videoke bawal sa Lubao, Pampanga mula Lunes hanggang Sabado

Isinulat ni Krissa Layn Ronquillo Mahigpit nang ipinagbabawal sa bayan ng Lubao ang paggamit ng videoke, karaoke, at ibang mga kagamitang lumilikha ng ingay na maaaring makaabala sa komunidad mula Lunes hanggang Sabado.   Sa ipinasang Ordinance No. 13-2020 ng Sangguniang Bayan ng Lubao, maaari lamang gumamit ng mga nasabing kagamitan tuwing araw ng Linggo, mula 10:00 ng umaga hanggang 8:00 ng gabi.  Samantala, inatasan ni Mayor Esmeralda G. Pineda ang lahat ng barangay officials at ang    kapulisan ng Lubao na ipatupad ang naturang ordinansa.  Ang sinumang mahuling lumabag sa ordinansa, kasama ang mga nagpaarkila ng videoke unit, ay mapapatawan ng P1000 multa sa unang beses, P2000 sa ikalawa, at P2500, posibleng pagkakakulong sa loob ng isang buwan, at pagkumpiska ng videoke machine sa ikatlo at paulit-ulit na pagkakaton.
